He knew where I needed my payment to be and initially, it was almost 100 a month above that. I thought that I couldn’t get the house. He was able to make it to where we could buy back a point which brought the payment down. Then, he saw that the local taxes were included with the town taxes so that brought the payment down another 75 a month. In the end, my payment is less then what my goal payment was. He was responsive. He ran the numbers multiple ways so I could see each scenario. He was just very helpful and patient with me as I wanted to understand where each number came from. Very positive experience!
