Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring quick retrieval of documents and records.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including spreadsheets and documents.
  • Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events seamlessly.
  • Provide excellent customer support through prompt responses to inquiries, whether in person or via phone or email
