The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for all of our social media platforms. He/she will work closely with colleagues related to social media marketing efforts. This position should be constantly looking for new social media marketing opportunities to explore.
- Produce all social media corporate posts while constantly engaging with the audience
- Work in our social media management platform being able to manage all corporate accounts while also provide user support to all our Loan Officers
- Review management and response (including on Glassdoor, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Research of industry related news, topics, re-sharing from branch locations
- Working with our departments and other branch marketing assistants on new creative social content for our corporate social media accounts
- Manage all of our social media reporting
- Assist with our SEO efforts and apply SEO techniques via social channels
- Help with the setup of our corporate marketing email drip campaigns out of our CRM system
- Support other Marketing Coordinator on marketing systems management as needed
- Add new content and make changes to our website using WordPress
- Perform other duties as assigned by AVP Marketing
- Must have at least 3 years of social media experience
- Must have experience using a social media management platform (ex: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, SOCI)
- Proven success running social media platforms, actual analytics to show a plus
- WordPress experience a plus.
