      About Nate:

A real estate transaction can be very stressful.  The professionals that you choose can add to that stress or subtract from it.  The real estate agents, the mortgage loan officer, the title company, we are your co-pilots in helping you navigate this complex process.

Nate knows this first hand having been at the intersection of Real Estate, Mortgages, and Title for a while now.  He started as a real estate agent with Century 21 in 2008 and in 2011 started his own real estate brokerage company.  In 2012, he started law school at the University of Baltimore School of Law and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2015.  Nate knows real estate contracts and transactions inside and out.  When you work with Nate, you can rest easy knowing that you have someone with a “legal eye” for helping you navigate the potholes and pitfalls of the real estate process.

Having seen the industry from different angles, Nate knows the importance of a high-quality mortgage loan officer. They are the co-pilot of the most stressful aspect of the real estate transaction–the mortgage process.  A loan officer can be a steady hand guiding clients to a smooth destination or steer the process toward rocky shores.  Nate has seen it both ways.  That’s why it’s so important for your mortgage co-pilot to maintain consistent communication with clients and real estate agents–especially when a transaction hits a patch of turbulence, to explain complicated financial concepts in plain English, and to always serve the client’s best interest.

Nate is looking forward to being your “mortgage co-pilot!”
