About Ryan:
The process of financing a home can be daunting. Alex removes the stress from this experience by providing expert guidance every step of the way.
Known for his responsiveness and transparency, Alex is relentlessly committed to providing unparalleled customer service and spends extra time making sure his clients understand both the home buying process and their loans. Every client is different, so Alex stays current on the numerous local loan programs so that he ensures his clients get into the best program. He offers a variety of loan programs including jumbo, conventional, Renovation Homestyle and 203k, FHA, and down payment assistance loans, among others.
Alex is a Maryland native who currently lives in DC’s U Street Corridor. He has an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a B.A. in Economics and History from Colgate University. Alex speaks Portuguese and Spanish and is always looking to brush up on his language skills over coffee or drinks. He is very friendly unless you sit down with him at a poker table. When Alex is not working, he enjoys exploring DC on the Capital Bike Share, pursuing his goal of seeing all 7 continents (currently at 5), and being overly competitive at board games.
