Salary Range- $40-48K Annually +bonus

The Production Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Loan Officers by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with prospective clients, and ensuring a smooth loan application process. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, Client relationship building, and will develop a strong understanding of mortgage lending procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Loan Officer with daily administrative tasks (birthday cards, anniversary cards, buyer fatigue boxes, closing gifts, partner appreciation gifts)
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.
  • Liaison between Loan Officer and Processing staff – Active Pipeline Review and stages, point of contact for simple tasks/request
  • Executing Lead to Contract Workflow – Database Management (lead stages, Client Relationship Management tools, notes, next call to action)
  • Call Leads in the Database for appointment setups – Cold Leads, Expired Inquired Leads, Document Collecting Stage Leads, Pre-Approved and looking leads. Internet leads
  • Coordinate & Plan Partner/Client Appreciation Events
  • Execute annual/quarterly/1-off projects

 

– Client Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering inquiries.
  • Gather necessary documentation from clients to complete loan applications.

 

– Loan Set Up:

  • Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Complete the loan file for the “Submit to Processor” transfer

 

 Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mortgage lending or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in calling leads for appointment-setting
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 Years of customer service
  • NMLS License required or ability to obtain within 12 mo
