He knew where I needed my payment to be and initially, it was almost 100 a month above that. I thought that I couldn’t get the house. He was able to make it to where we could buy back a point which brought the payment down. Then, he saw that the local taxes were included with the town taxes so that brought the payment down another 75 a month. In the end, my payment is less then what my goal payment was. He was responsive. He ran the numbers multiple ways so I could see each scenario. He was just very helpful and patient with me as I wanted to understand where each number came from. Very positive experience!

He helped us so much overall! He got us all the benefits he could since we were first time homebuyers, and worked so hard to get us into a house. I would recommend First Home Mortgage to everyone, but especially those who are buying a house for the first time.

Andrew walked me through the process of buying my condo and getting the mortgage because I had no idea what I was doing because my husband had just recently passed away.
