Jeff Halbert is an exceptional Loan Officer. His communication skills and knowledge of financing are above most loan officers I know. I am a Realtor and have worked with dozens of professionals. I alway recommend Jeff Halbert whenever I can.

The staff was great, they help me through everything and refinancing my veterans home loan. This is the second time I’ve use them and I have not been disappointed at all.

Jeff is extremely professional, timely, and he offers expert guidance. This was our second time working with Jeff and his team, and we would recommend their services to anyone. If we ever move again, Jeff will be who we contact first. His responsiveness is second to none, information is communicated clearly, and the entire loan process is very efficient. 5 stars across the board.

Jeff is so great that if you could shrink him down to credit card size I’d never leave home without him. But then I’d be walking around with a 3 inch human and people would be like “what’s up with the tiny person” and I’d have to say “this is Jeff he gets me great rates on my mortgage” and then they’d ask if they could borrow him, only for me to grab him away from those filthy hobbitses and claim that he was my precious! So it’s probably a good thing we can’t shrink humans. But yeah…Jeff’s great.

As first time home buyer I was unsure of alot and Jeff made things clear and easy to understand, and made the proceed of buying my home so much easier and painless.

Jeff was amazing in all aspects of the refi process. he handled all of the back end administrative processes and made sure everything was seamless. I’ve refinanced several times and have never had anything run as efficient and professional as this refinance. the day of our closing, my wife tested positive for COVID, which did now allow us to close in person. Jeff immediately pivoted the process and was able to coordinate all of the moving parts to ensure we closed on time. I can’t say enough great things about Jeff’s professionalism and attention to detail.
