About Charles:
Charles Logan is a local mortgage advisor serving families across the DMV and North Carolina. He became a loan officer in 2023—at a time when many were leaving the industry—and has since built a reputation for providing thoughtful, white-glove service to both first-time homebuyers and experienced homeowners alike.
Charles believes buying a home is one of the most important decisions someone can make, and he approaches every client relationship with a deep sense of responsibility and care. His process is clear, his communication is thorough, and his focus is always on helping buyers feel confident and informed—especially those navigating the process for the first time.
In addition to working closely with homebuyers and real estate agents, Charles is actively involved in the professional community. He serves on the Young Professionals Network committees for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), the DC Association of Realtors (DCAR), and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Metropolitan Washington (MBAMW), where he also sits on the Education Committee.
A graduate of Washington College, Charles now lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and their two dogs, Tom Petty and Winston.
