Mr. Moran and his team were extremely helpful from start to finish. Communication was constant and assisted in the timely processing of the loan. Even with some unexpected hurdles, the process was much smoother than I could have ever hoped for! 10/10!!!

Provided information on types of loans when I was trying to pursue an assumption mortgage. The assumption mortgage did not work out and he was able to quickly process the loan; but says a lot about a person when information is provided when services are not guaranteed.
