Having Kris in this process was a blessing. We were working with other lenders who were not able to move forward in the process which made us loose on another house. Kris was able to help us close in a month. Having him in the process was a blessing. He is knowledgeable, good communicator, fast responder, and definitely an expert.

Kris Shenton is hands down the best lender out there. He is responsive, helpful and kind. I bought two homes with Kris – the second one was fraught with complications. Kris went out of his way to help me out – answering endless questions, reading up on various options that might help me out and talking me through multiple offers and scenarios. He was always pleasant to email or chat with and was never never annoyed (in fact, he was generally encouraging) of my questions and emails. I think I’m the only person I know who says, “I had the BEST lender” – it feels like a strange thing to say, but it’s true.
