Mark Eigenbrode is a DC-area native and senior mortgage loan originator in DC, MD and VA. He exhibits a high level of care and takes prides in ensuring a smooth transaction for each every client.
Mark has worked with large regional and national lenders but chose First Home in 2012 because of in-house processing, underwriting, closing and a streamlined appraisal process. With First Home, Mark can offer a variety of loan programs including VA, Jumbo and Conforming Conventional, FHA and 203k renovation loans and down payment assistance loans. Mark conducts bi-monthly DC Open Doors and First Time Homebuyer seminars.
For first-time home buyers, Mark enjoys spending extra time to make sure his clients fully understand the home buying process and their loan. Mark works closely with DC Open Doors, and other first time homebuyer programs, to maximize his clients buying power while staying within their budgetary comfort range. Mark really enjoys getting VA condo project approvals and helping veterans and active duty personnel move to DC with as smooth a transition as possible.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys golfing and traveling to visit his daughter in NYC. Mark also manages Living in Pink, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit founded by his late wife to raise funds for local breast cancer research and prevention programs.
