I have used Mr. Schurr and his team twice, when I purchased and when I refinanced. The most recent REFI was absolutely painless and easy to get done. I called Mr. Schurr and let him know that I was considering a REFI since rates were at historic lows and he was able to pull up my old file and advise me on my options. After deciding to continue the REFI process his team was quick with getting me all the necessary documents and I was able to send them back electronically (no need to try and find a fax machine in 2020). From there, his team did their magic. He made sure to reach out and keep me apprised of where things were and what the next steps would be. Even the day before closing he worked to make sure everything was good to go. I am glad to have found Mr. Schurr and his team — they took all of the confusion out of the process and made things as easy as possible. I have talked with many people in the area who have used Mr. Schurr and his team, since he’s been in the business for a while a lot of people know him and everyone else I know had a positive experience and he is always highly recommended and highly respected.

The team was professional and worked quickly to get the loan approved. We received updates regarding the loan at least once a week. If there were any issues Robert addressed them quickly.
