Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for customers and vendors
  • Review loan documents
  • Set up loan files
  • Support the sales team
  • Assist with vendor management

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
  • 1-2 years of Marketing and Social Media experience
  • 1-2 years of Mortgage/Banking related experience preferred
  • College degree preferred
