      About Arlene:

      Since 2002, Arlene Dean has been providing the highest level of customer service as a Maryland-licensed mortgage loan officer. With more than 18 years of professional experience, she has helped hundreds of first-time home buyers as well as move-up buyers, second home purchasers, and real estate investors through the home financing process. She is skilled in navigating her clients through Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA financing and grant options in Maryland.

      Arlene works extensively on military relocations and especially loves helping active duty soldiers and their families make a smooth transition to Maryland. Despite living on the east coast, she’s accustomed to working in the Pacific Time Zone for her clients’ convenience and always makes herself available via phone, email, or text.

      She hosts frequent homebuyer workshops and classes and emphasizes the importance and advantage of working with a local loan officer versus an anonymous person online.       Born in the mountains of North Carolina, Arlene has lived in Maryland for over 39 years. She is dedicated to building and actively participating in her local community. Arlene has two boys, Jackson and Davis. She loves camping with the family, going to NASCAR events, playing bingo with friends and family – and of course watching football!
