My situation is typical in the DMV but not in Tampa Bay. W2, Self employment, rental, etc. I started working with Brad in December 2024 and Brad did a great job with preparing me to purchase a home by putting a plan in place. Brad was fantastic. He was very responsive to our questions and needs. We ran into problems after the closing and Brad took the time to help us resolve them by contacting the Title company when we were not getting answers. He was always there throughout the process to answer questions and provide reassurance to my wife when any concerns came up.
