We really appreciated all the help getting things in order. Chase was responsive to all our questions and helped us get in contact with the folks handling the closing. Our only request in the future is that the various points of contact be identified earlier in the discussions. Even though we have refinanced before, the specific organization handling each part of the process was not foremost in our minds — to get things scheduled we often contacted the wrong individuals first. This was not a big issue, but given the amounts of money involved, any confusion in the overall process adds unnecessary stress.

I couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with for my first time home buying process then Chase. He made the process super easy and smooth. He worked with my husband and I to find the loan that best suited our needs and our realtor even commented on how smooth the process went. Everything was great!
