Chris Loughlin

This is the second time I have worked with First Home Mortgage for $1 million+ home purchase loans.The first loan was with Matt Nader (now president of the company) and, for this loan Chris Loughlin. On both occasions they were stellar. Chris was (again) able to secure loan terms that were significantly below market rates. He was efficient and consumately professional and was able to tailor the loan to exactly our needs, showing us all of the options available. I think that the greatest testament to his professionalism is the praise of the two-person B-H realestate team we were working with. Without prompting, they offered what a pleasure it was for them to work with Chris, as they stated, “it was wonderful to work with a consummate professional, he really stands out, was instantly ahead on everthing, we hope to refer future clients to him, it makes it so much smoother to work with someone like him.” This praise came from realtors with decades of experience in an elite resort market where waterfront and water-view properties routinely sell for upwards of $5,000,000. I can’t say enough about Chris. He provided the same stellar quality of service and professionalism as did Matt in a markets separated by nearly 1,000 miles.
