David Starleper is a mortgage loan originator in Maryland helping clients purchase their dream home. He is a firm believer in something Douglas Adams once said, “To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.” His main goal with First Home Mortgage is to develop strong business relationships as well as friendships with all of his clients by providing trustworthy financial advice.

Prior to First Home Mortgage, David graduated from college with a double major in Accounting and Finance and worked as a Financial Analyst. Because of this, David has an extremely competitive nature and drive to ensure all clients’ needs are met. His exceptional work ethic and determination will continue to make him a strong asset with First Home Mortgage.

Family is very important to David. He was first driven to First Home because it is one, big family–everyone is always reaching out for a helping hand. What is significant to David is making the best out of every moment with family and friends. His caring nature is extremely evident and will continue to show in his relationships with colleagues and clients.

Outside of work, David loves to stay active by playing sports and enjoying the outdoors.
