About Derick:
Derick recently joined First Home Mortgage as a loan officer after working in the customer service industry for over 12 years. He started his career at Enterprise Rent A Car where his primary goal was to always put the customer first. While there, he managed one of the largest branches in New England and won multiple awards for having the best customer service.
Derick’s passion for real estate started when he purchased his first investment opportunity as a renovation and resale project. Since then, he has bought and sold multiple projects and has extensive experience with the loan process as both the buyer and the seller. Derick has in-depth knowledge of loan programs and a sophisticated understanding about the market which will guarantee the best borrowing solution for his client. He has ample experience in problem solving and enjoys finding solutions for others.
Derick is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering at Johnson & Wales University. He resides in Rehoboth with his wife of 15 years and two daughters where he enjoys spending time with his family and watching football.
