Glen was very supportive during the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I searched for a mortgage officer for a long time but couldn’t find anyone with experience. When I spoke with Glen on the phone for the first time, I felt confident. I knew from the first minute that he would make the home-buying experience pleasant. My closing took less than 4 weeks. Glen and his team communicated with me on a daily basis, advised me, and updated me on the progress. Moreover, Glen was able to get me a very low rate for my mortgage. I will definitely use his services in the future. Thanks for an outstanding job!

We were taken care of through the whole process. His consistency and dedication never wavered. This created confidence that he would get us through to the end. He repaired the potholes in the road so we could avoid them. This is what you need – an expert to guide you and make a complicated process easy!

As I am extremely technologically challenged, Glen simplified the entire process for me and enabled me to actually use paper! He was kind, humorous, patient, and did everything he could to make the process a wonderful experience even though we had a few hurdles to get through. Glen is absolutely the best!

      Lynda T.

Timely communication at every step. Glen was extremely responsive and respectful when questions were posed. Sometimes we forget how information may be elementary to us when we work a job every day. The customer may not always be familiar with basic information. Answering questions in a manner that is respectful and not condescending is appreciated.
