About Leron:
Leron Husbands is a licensed loan originator with First Home Mortgage in the Millersville branch. He grew up in Prince George’s County, so helping families buy homes here means helping his own community.
His interest in mortgages came from real estate and his stepdad, who is a realtor. Leron spent most of 2026 as a Loan Officer Assistant at First Home, where he learned the business from the inside and saw how much clear communication matters to clients.
A former tight end at the University of Maryland, Leron also holds a Master’s from Tulane University. He especially enjoys working with first time homebuyers, keeping the process simple while he handles the hard parts.
