I attended a lunch and learn seminar that Michael and realtor were putting on. The lunch and learn was extremely informational and set me on a better path while searching for a home. I went through about 5 or 6 different houses with offers to each, and every time Michael was extremely responsive, positive, and helpful in every way possible. Finally after just about a year later, I closed on my first home. Beyond thankful for the above and beyond effort Michael has put in to this process. He is very knowledgable and stays up to date with all relavant news. Would 10/10 recommend him and I will definitely be using Michael on the my next house!
