      About Tim:

      Tim Milauskas has worked in the mortgage industry since 2003. He spent the first six years of his career with National City Mortgage before he moved to First Home and opened the Millersville branch. Tim is experienced in helping both first time homebuyers and move-up buyers using FHA, VA, and conventional financing. His knowledge, work ethic, and customer service have earned Tim the “Leader’s Club” distinction, which is awarded to the top loan officers at First Home Mortgage.

      Tim is constantly educating himself to ensure he is offering the best mortgage products. His unparalleled customer service and constant availability set him apart from his competition. Tim takes the time to analyze every client’s financial needs and his passion for serving his client base is noticeable.

      Tim is a lifelong resident of Maryland where he resides with his wife, Cristine, and their three children. He is an active coach for his children’s teams and enjoys watching the improvements they make from season to season. When Tim is not working, he can often be found at Camden Yards catching an Orioles game.
