When I first emailed Tom, it was based off of reference from a close friend. When he replied, the initial response went to my spam folder for some reason. He emailed again and luckily that came to my inbox. That email exchange was followed up with a phone call. We talked on the phone multiple times. He was personable and professional at the same time. I didn’t have much interaction with his team because he was so involved. He educated and gave real time advice when needed. He answered texts and followed up on miss calls. Once it came time for the loan processing and underwriting, the customer service didn’t stop. Tiffany was great and communicated what was needed.
