Tom was recommended to us from our Relator and being local vs large national bank knew some specifics about Maryland which helped us get a better rate with a lower down payment than was quoted by the Large national banks. He worked well with us through the whole process and kept us informed along the whole process.

We spent a little over a year looking for the perfect home during that time Tom continued to stay in touch and keep us updated on the ever changing market. When it came time to close Tom locked us into a lower interest rate before they increased. We greatly appreciate him helping us achieve our goal of buying the perfect home for our family.
